Once purchased, clients must supply all relevant information such as content details and any specific photos you may wish to include via email: info.chdesigns@gmail.com
We will not accept:
- Low Quality/Screenshots of imagery
- Photos of Text: Content must be typed up and emailed across for us
Please Note:
- On completion, it is your job to double check all spelling/glamma before approving the designs. If any further changes are required once you have approved afterwork - these will be charged at £10 per additional change.
NO REFUNDS are accepted for orders which has been started.
- All designs supplied to clients must be discussed/ approved within 2 months from the initial return date of the artwork. Any amendments required to the designs after this grace period will be charged accordingly.
